10" MARIA was founded in 1993 by bassist Mona Febonio. She had
a vision and went to a pawn shop and bought a Rickenbacker,
took two lessons and then true to her Aquarius form built a
recording studio. The band has been through a few drummers,
and a heckuva lot of guitarists, and finally 10" MARIA is the
band all members knew they were born for. The band has always
been all-girl and always will BE.
